You'll handle daily transactions, manage client and office accounts, and support the wider finance and legal teams. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and process all transactions in line with
Solicitors Accounts Rules (SARs)

Manage
client and office accounts
, ensuring all postings are completed promptly and correctly.
Process
client payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
.
Handle
billing, purchase ledger, and supplier payments
.
Prepare and review
financial reports
and support month-end procedures.
Work closely with fee earners and support staff to ensure compliance and efficient financial processes.
Liaise with auditors and external accountants when required.
About You
Experience as a
Legal Cashier
(experience within a law firm essential).
Strong knowledge of
Solicitors Accounts Rules
.
Proficient in
accounting software
(e.g., Sage, Leap, Quill, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
