You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Finance Department, managing a range of treasury and matter management duties while maintaining compliance with SRA Accounts Rules.

What You'll Do
Carry out daily and monthly bank reconciliations across all client and office accounts.
Process incoming and outgoing payments, including BACS, disbursements, standing orders, and international transfers.
Manage daily banking, bills, credit notes, write-offs, and client-to-office transfers.
Respond to finance queries promptly via the Finance Helpdesk, ensuring a high level of service.
Maintain accurate records and assist with ad hoc treasury or finance tasks as required.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a
legal cashier
,
finance
,
treasury
, or
accounts
role.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to develop a strong understanding of the
SRA Accounts Rules
(training will be provided).
Experience with
Proclaim
and/or
AccessPay
would be an advantage.
