Job Description

Thrings is a Top 200 Law firm, with offices in: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Romsey and the Wye Valley.
We are looking for a proactive Legal Cashier to join the Cashier team in our Swindon office, supporting the wider business. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. We are proud of the reputation we have built to date, both externally with our clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment we have across all our offices. To be our next Legal Cashier you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:

Assisting with raising of Credit notes, processing of transfers and write off requests
Assisting with managing client accounts, keeping them up to date with Solicitors Accounting rules
Assisting with preparing and processing of CHAPS, BACS and cheque payments
Working closely with fee earners to provide any information they need on client account matters

It's important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you're organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
