Job Description

Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Legal Cashier to work across a growing group looking after a number of Law firms. This is a full time permanent role, offering hybrid working. You will initially be based 3 days from their Stoke office with 2 days based from home.


You will come from an Accounts background, with at least 1 years Legal Cashier experience.


Your main duties will include,


Daily banking and reconciliations BACS and CHAPS payments Handling fee earner queries Process internal account transfers Process sales and purchase invoices Check completion statements Credit control Some reporting Compliance with SAR and anti-money laundering is imperative at all times

Person Specification

You will be a great communicator, conscientious and well organised. You will need to be comfortable moving between businesses to support and help where needed. You will be a great team player and have good Excel knowledge. Experience of Proclaim is advantageous but not necessary.
