An exciting opportunity for a bright and motivated lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join a high-growth, forward-thinking fintech business as Legal Counsel. Working closely with an experienced Head of Legal and wider legal team, this role offers exceptional exposure and the chance to make a tangible impact within a fast-moving environment.
The role:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, technology and marketing contracts. Supporting product and partnership initiatives across the business. Advising on customer terms, regulatory queries and general legal matters. Assisting with process improvements and implementation of legal technology.
The candidate:
Qualified solicitor (2-4 PQE) with strong commercial contracts experience. Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills. Pragmatic, solutions-driven and eager to learn. Strong law firm training with prior in-house experience advantageous.
