. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a compact and dynamic in-house legal team, supporting a key function during a period of increased demand.Key Responsibilities:
Contract Drafting and Negotiation
: Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including IT/SaaS, consultancy, and procurement agreementsPublic Procurement
: Advise on public procurement matters and support compliant contracting under relevant frameworks.Risk Management
: Assess legal and commercial risks and provide practical mitigation strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration
: Act as a trusted advisor across business units, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.Legal Support
: Provide pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice across a broad spectrum of legal issues.Required Experience:
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales). Strong experience in
commercial contracting
, with specific exposure topublic procurement agreements would be ideal, but not essential.
Comfortable working in regulated or public-private organisations. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with sound judgement.Apply Now:
