Company Commercial Lawyer / Legal Counsel - 2 to 6 Years PQE - Basingstoke / Hybrid Working
Our client, a busy and growing company, is seeking a commercially minded Company Commercial Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team. This role offers an excellent career progression opportunity within a supportive environment based in Basingstoke with hybrid working available (2-3 days in office).
Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support across a broad range of commercial matters, including bids and tenders, customer terms and conditions, procurement contracts, sponsorship, and media agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts and agreements
Assist the legal department with a variety of other legal issues as required
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage legal risks and support business objectives
Deliver clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice

Candidate Profile:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2 to 6 years PQE, ideally from a reputable law firm background
Strong experience across various commercial contracts and legal matters
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a proactive, business-focused approach
Ambitious and driven to develop career and legal expertise
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility regarding office attendance
