Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including commercial contracts with clients, hospitals, physicians, consultants and suppliers globally (CDAs, MSAs, Service agreements, Clinical trial agreements, Consulting agreements, Pharmacovigilance agreements, Quality agreements, Data Protection Agreements). Draft and update templates for industry-specific agreements, ensuring they reflect current legal and regulatory standards. Ensure contracts align with the company's policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies. Propose updates to and keep standard contract language and guidelines, fallback contractual language and negotiating parameters up to date. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with clinical trials, data privacy and intellectual property. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and templates. Provide recommendations to minimize contractual risks. Assist in corporate governance matters, including drafting and maintaining corporate policies and bylaws. Provide support on employment-related matters, including employee contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Monitor and assess new regulations and changes to existing laws and regulations to ensure the company's policies, practices, and procedures remain compliant. Maintain legal documentation and ensure proper record-keeping. Assist in handling legal disputes in collaboration with external counsel. Provide prompt and efficient legal support and assistance to the various stakeholder within the Group.

Education, Qualifications and Professional Memberships Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification

EXPERIENCE 2+- years' experience in a top or mid-tier law firm, experience in practice areas such as corporate, commercial, IT and data protection is preferable.


Specific experience in drafting commercial contracts
