Job Description
Join as Legal Counsel in a permanent role to support on commercial contracts. Based with a major manufacturing organisation, you'll lead commercial contract work (3?8 PQE), advise on risk, negotiation & compliance in an innovative, high?stakes setting.
The Legal Counsel will be:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including manufacturing agreements, service agreements, some construction contracts.
- Supporting supply chain and procurement.
- Working closely with senior management to shape contract templates, standard terms, and policies to improve efficiency and legal robustness.
The successful Legal Counsel will be:
- 3 - 8 PQE
- Have experience drafting, negotiating and advising on range of commercial contracts especially in manufacturing
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, confident
- Able to influence stakeholder and build good relationships
Salary based on experience from c70k plus benefits and flexible working.
