This role requires an individual who can inspire teams, manage resources effectively, and foster relationships with stakeholders.

Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational objectives.
Lead and mentor departmental managers to enhance team performance and productivity.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners to secure beneficial terms for the organisation.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Oversee financial management, ensuring budgets are adhered to and resources are allocated efficiently.
Foster a positive organisational culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and build networks.
Experience
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful contract management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
Experience in budget management and financial oversight is essential.
A relevant degree or professional qualification in law is essential ; additional certifications in leadership or management will be advantageous.
