Legal Document Production Specialist
Permanent - Full Time | Fully Remote | 46,800 per annum
Hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join its dedicated team on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious international firm, providing high-quality document support while enjoying the flexibility of home-based working.
Key Responsibilities

Delivering a first-class document production service using in-house Word templates.
Handling a wide range of requests including amends, conversions, working with PDFs, digital dictation, repairing documents, organisation charts, and presentations.
Managing files via a cloud-based system, ensuring all work is properly checked in/out.
Performing thorough quality control before returning completed work to fee earners.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a legal document production role within a law firm.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word) and familiarity with additional software such as Visio and Adobe Acrobat.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise across departments.
A proactive team player who can also work independently when required.
