Job Details HYF https://www.hyf.co.uk Seismic Platform Presentations Executive 6-month contract 60,000 City of London - Hybrid working Large and highly esteemed FTSE 250 listed wealth manager based in stunning offices in the heart of the City are looking for an experienced Seismic Presentations Executive to join them on an initial 6-month contact basis. This company provide individual investment and wealth management services for private clients, charities, trustees and professional partners. They have an exceptional reputation in the market and have been trusted for generations to manage and preserve their clients' wealth. This new role will be working on a hybrid basis of 3 days from home, and 2 days per week in the London offices, and the annual salary will be 60,000. The core purpose of the role is to design and build Seismic solutions to support and improve Front Office client-facing activities, enhance document quality/experience by the creation of automated/customisable documents, tools and integrations, supporting Seismic platform maintenance and continual development of solutions and processes Key responsibilities:
Creation of advanced and scalable Seismic Live Doc solutions to deliver automation benefits to the company and user journey improvements to Front Office Teams - Documenting solutions as required
Gather project requirements and take complex briefs from stakeholders at all business levels, exhibiting a solution-based mindset while also managing project expectations and timescales
Testing and optimisation of Seismic solutions
Assist with delivery of integrations between Seismic platform and external systems via APIs, dataloaders and other technical integration processes to ensure accurate and fast surfacing of data from primary sources, and reduction of manual data and content requirements for end users
Support the wider Seismic Team with all projects, maintenance and continual platform development, including development and maintenance of Seismic Hubs, Compliance processes and streamlined architecture
Deliver Group end-user training on developed solutions
Promote Client Office as key technical and solution partner to Front Office
Provide analytics to evidence impact of above activities
How to succeed:
Delivery of Business Project solutions via Seismic LiveDocs and Seismic platform functionality to Seismic Roadmap schedules and timescales
Measurable time and cost savings from above solutions
Improved quality, error reduction, consistency and Compliance of client documents
Skills and knowledge required:
Seismic platform administration and LiveDoc creation
Seismic LiveSend, Digital Sales Rooms, Workflows, and Reference Content
Knowledge of PowerPoint and Word (particularly Seismic add-in functionality)
Strong Excel experience and creation/maintenance of Seismic Lists and Databases
Ability to manage expectations at all levels of stakeholders
SQL and Seismic variable development (including creation/editing of variable formulae)
APIs and integration processes with external data sources and systems (eg Salesforce, Snowflake etc
Professional experience:
Minimum 5 years in Seismic development and Live Doc creation
Proven track record in managing and delivering complex Seismic implementation projects, with demonstrable efficiency gains and scalability
Cross-team enablement experience incorporating IT, Marketing, Front Office and other stakeholders from Group teams as required
Wealth/Asset Management experience
