You will be responsible for:

Support the reviewing and drafting of commercial contracts and other documents Support in managing corporate secretarial (CoSec) matters Attend customer meetings to gain insight into negotiations Manage the global NDA process Conduct legal research to support the lawyers

Requirements

The ability to come into the office minimum 3x a week Working at minimum a 2:1 in your degree so far Good communication skills Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task Good problem-solving skills Be inquisitive, with a desire to learn Work well in a team and independently Studying for an LLB Law Degree and in your penultimate year of university Available to start the 13-month placement on July 1st 2026 Eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the placement year
