The Role
As our
Legal Officer,
you'll be the go-to legal partner across the company; owning contracts end to end, supporting high-impact sales deals, and helping us navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
This is a
hands-on, high-ownership role
where legal judgment, commercial awareness, and pragmatism matter just as much as technical expertise.
You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and People, reporting directly to our
Head of Finance
.
What you'll do
Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts across our
UK, FR, and US entities
Partner with Sales on enterprise and partnership deals from first contract to signature
Draft and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, partner, vendor, and customer agreements
Own the legal components of
enterprise RFPs
Monitor and advise on FinTech and digital asset regulations (MiCA, GDPR, AML, etc.)
Support product compliance, internal policies, insurance, and corporate matters
Report to the
Head of Finance
and collaborate closely across the business
We're looking for someone who
Has
3+ years' experience
in a legal role, ideally in FinTech, RegTech, or Enterprise SaaS
Is confident managing and negotiating
B2B and enterprise commercial contracts
Thrives in complex, regulated environments and gives
pragmatic, business-focused advice
Enjoys working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and People teams
Has a law degree (J.D. or equivalent)
Has experience with
Oneflow or other CLM tools
(a plus)
Speaks
French
(a bonus)
Is happy to work from our
London office 1-2 days per week
