We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our New Business team. Specialising in residential conveyancing across the West Midlands, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and high standards to each of our clients.

Your day-to-day role:



Acting as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients. Explaining our service clearly, confidently and professionally. Following up enquiries promptly and converting them into instructions. Owning client queries and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Opening new files accurately and in line with internal procedures. Collecting and checking ID, AML and proof of funds. Making sure matters meet compliance standards before progressing. Keeping onboarding records accurate, up to date and audit-ready. Managing incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Routing calls correctly and taking clear, accurate messages. Making sure call-backs happen when promised. Supporting the wider conveyancing team with day-to-day administration. Filing, scanning, archiving and general file management. Helping keep workflows smooth in a fast-paced environment.

Have a confident, friendly telephone manner and strong communication skills. Enjoy customer-facing work and building rapport quickly. Are naturally organised with excellent attention to detail. Feel comfortable collecting and checking compliance documentation. Take pride in following things through properly. Can juggle multiple enquiries without losing accuracy. Stay calm under pressure and enjoy being busy. Are a team player who wants to support colleagues, not just your own tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
