My client, a top UK law firm, is seeking to secure the hire of a Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office.
This role will be working within their Housing Management & Property Litigation department which is made up of 8 Partners, 13 Solicitors and a number of Paralegals with ranging levels of experience. This department acts for over 100 Registered Providers in England and Wales on ALL aspects of housing management and property litigation advice.
As the successful Property Litigation Paralegal, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Assisting Solicitors and Fee-Earners in the day to day running of files
- Drafting and preparing claim firms and witness statements
- Preparing trial bundles
- Attending Court to assist Barristers and other Fee-Earners
- Occasionally undertake site visits
- Assisting with enquiries made by clients, Barristers and other Fee-Earners
- Dealing with Registered Providers and Private Landlords
