The firm was established in 2020 by co-founding Partners, Marc Keidan and Luke Harrison. Mid Level Legal PA





We are recruiting......



An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join our highly driven team.



Working closely with the management group and other stakeholders within the firm, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic person to join the professional support team.



The role covers a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:



Seamless and comprehensive diary management for the Partners. Booking of all BD and business trips for the Partners and wider team. Assisting HR manager with drafting and amending policies and procedures and other administrative matters. Assisting with IT related administration and management. Helping implement the firm's marketing and business development strategy. Pro-active approach to identifying and implementing business optimisation solutions.

At least five years' high-level legal PA experience, preferably within the area of dispute resolution. Desire to work in a varied role where no two days are the same. Proactive approach and pride in your work. Ambitious and desire to grow your career in a performance reward based culture. The right to work in the UK. A team player who will be comfortable working in a small, highly performing, collaborative and interactive team. Have excellent organisation skills with high levels of accuracy. Strong English language, written communication and editing skills and the ability to write accurate, concise, and persuasive text. Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs - Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Adobe InDesign (or similar) and good working knowledge of Document Management Systems (preferably NetDocs) and CRM systems (preferably Nimble).



Salary band: 35-45k
