Legal Pa – Private Client Team

Job Description

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a friendly, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to join its Private Client team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with two Partners and three Associates, providing high-quality administrative and client support to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients who entrust the firm with their most important personal and financial matters.
They are looking for someone who embodies professionalism, warmth, and discretion - someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience working within a Private Client team (legal sector preferred)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with care and discretion
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Strong academic background, particularly in English and Maths
  • Excellent IT proficiency (MS Office, document management systems)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients
  • A warm, approachable demeanour with the ability to build trusted relationships
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing proactive support to Partners and Associates
  • Managing diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
  • Supporting business development activities, including pitches, events, and client research
  • Handling file opening, compliance, and KYC/AML checks
  • Preparing and maintaining documents, reports, financial statements, and invoices
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors on behalf of the team
  • Assisting with all aspects of conveyancing and estate administration transactions
