Temp to Perm - Legal Personal Assistant!

Are you a highly organised and discreet individual with a passion for the legal field? Join our friendly team as a Legal Personal Assistant! We're seeking a proactive and emotionally aware candidate to support our Senior and Managing Partners in their personal and business affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate assistance to the Senior Partner, managing meetings, correspondence, and personal matters such as scheduling medical appointments and property management.

• Support the Managing Partner with diary management and gatekeeping internal requests.

• Handle administrative duties including maintaining new enquiry logs, opening client files, collating compliance documents, and liaising with the accounts team.

• Collaborate with the Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including phones, doors, and welcoming clients.

Key Attributes:

• PA experience in a busy and varied role- a mix of private and legal PA experience

• Good emotional intelligence and ability to deal with different personalities professionally

• International background preferable and a high level of cultural awareness

• Positive, calm, and very organised

• High level of IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to work with legal documents (contract numbering, court documents, etc.)

• Well-presented and articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Additional language skills are a bonus
