Legal Project Analyst - London





Our client is seeking a Legal Project Analyst to join their London team in a newly created role focused on improving legal service delivery, optimising processes, and enhancing cross-team collaboration. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and helping lawyers work smarter.





The Role




Work with teams across the business to understand needs, identify improvements, and streamline ways of working. Analyse data to provide insights that inform better processes and support project outcomes. Contribute to designing technical and process solutions and support their rollout and adoption. Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly at all levels. Support project governance, KPIs, and delivery against milestones. Gather feedback to refine and evolve implemented solutions.




About You




Experience in business analysis, change or transformation--ideally within legal or professional services. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Confident presenting and influencing stakeholders. Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work well with ambiguity. Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel skills essential. Power BI and process-mapping tools (e.g., Visio) are a plus. Degree (or equivalent). Willing to travel to other UK offices and occasionally within Europe.
