Part time/ job share receptionist/legal secretary required for small family law practice
Excellent customer and telephone manner
Good diary management
Excellent communication skills and team player
Experience in audio typing would be desired but full training will be given
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
You wil be the first point of contact with members of the public both in person and on the telephone.
Your job will be to greet clients and provide them with refreshments when attending in reception
Answer telephone enquiries and manage staff diaries, and divert calls to the appropiate member of staff
Routine typing, photocopying,filing and general office admin
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
General office stock maintenance
The chosen candidiate will work 16 to 24 hours per week as a job share.
