About the Role



We are a fast-growing legal business with over 100 staff, seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Internal Legal Recruiter to join our team. This is a brand-new role meaning the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and shape our recruitment function from the ground up, including platforms, processes, and reporting.

This role is ideal for a recruiter with a proven track record in RTA, Credit Hire, and Housing Disrepair legal sectors, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating scalable recruitment systems that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Build, implement, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all legal roles across the business. Partner with Hiring Managers to understand current and future resourcing needs, team structures, and growth plans. Develop and manage recruitment platforms, tools, and systems to ensure efficient candidate sourcing, tracking, and reporting. Create and maintain reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights to the Operations Director and senior leadership team. Source candidates using all available channels; job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, databases, referrals, and direct approaches. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for RTA, Credit Hire, Housing Disrepair, and other legal disciplines. Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure high-quality hires aligned with skill and culture fit. Coordinate interview schedules and manage feedback and offer negotiations. Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment law, GDPR, and internal policies. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance the candidate experience. Build strong relationships across teams to support retention, workforce planning, and business growth.

Requirements



Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or Agency Recruiter within the legal sector. Strong experience recruiting for RTA, Credit Hire, and Housing Disrepair roles. Experienced in building recruitment platforms, processes, and reporting from scratch. Passionate, ambitious, and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment. Excellent understanding of legal roles, terminology, and sector-specific recruitment needs. Skilled in all major recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CV databases, ATS systems, etc.). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven with experience creating insightful recruitment metrics and reports for senior management. Organised, proactive, and committed to building a scalable, high-quality recruitment function.
