Position Overview:



The Legal Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top legal professionals for NPS Law. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal industry, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:



Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and talent gaps across all practice areas. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, and online platforms. Maintain relationships with law schools, legal associations, and professional organizations. Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with NPS Law's culture and values. Track and report recruitment metrics and performance data.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree required; JD or background in legal recruiting strongly preferred. 2+ years of recruiting experience within a law firm, agency, or corporate legal department. Strong understanding of legal industry roles, terminology, and hiring trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously. Proficiency with recruiting software and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
