What you can expect
As a Legal Associate, you will gain experience working within the in-house legal department of a multinational technology company. Your primary roles include reviewing and advising on SAP and customers non-disclosure agreements, procurement and marketing documentation; assisting lawyers in software sales transactions; being the first point of contact for Novation and Amendment queries, as well as internal corporate queries and training the SAP sales team on legal matters. The geographic scope of your role will be diverse and varied, ranging from your standard responsibilities, to assisting with other legal department matters, such as litigation support, enforcement of SAP's trademarks and numerous other ad hoc tasks. The broad range of opportunities provided to you during your 13 months with SAP will assist you in focusing in on particular areas of law that you have a passion to pursue in your postgraduate career.
Who you are

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel)
  • Time management and the ability to multi-task
  • Effective communicator
  • Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
  • Studying an LLB Law Degree
  • Student in penultimate year of university
  • Available to start the 13-month placement on 1st July 2026
