We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Temporary Legal Secretary from 18th September to 3rd October! Your Role:
As a Legal Secretary, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practise. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Dictation and Audio Typing: Efficiently transcribe dictations and audio recordings with precision.

• Answering Calls: Be the friendly first point of contact for clients and colleagues.

• General Secretarial Duties: Support our solicitors with administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

• Family Law Experience (Ideal): If you have experience in family law, that's a definite plus!

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience working within a legal firm.

• Strong dictation and audio typing skills.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
