We are seeking a legal secretary / administrator with experience of residential conveyancing in Scotland to join our team of solicitors, paralegals and legal secretaries dealing with a high volume of residential conveyancing transactions.
The successful candidate must have experience of and an understanding of the conveyancing process, be a good communicator, be organised, have strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages and have a positive attitude.
The role will involve providing our solicitors and paralegals with secretarial and administrative support as required including ordering reports, processing mail, responding to enquiries, keeping records up to date, setting up new files, using our case management system, liaising with clients and completing all allocated tasks.
We ideally seek a candidate for full time working in the office but part time and hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate.
