About the role
We're seeking a Legal Secretary for our Tier 1 ranked Agricultural team in our Bath office. You'll be working closely with Duncan Sigournay supporting the wider team, who are ambitious, knowledgeable and client-driven.
Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including:

• Delivering a full legal secretarial and administrative service, including diary management, document production and typing, file management, billing support, and financial processing
• Utilising case management, IT and accounts systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and high presentation standards
• Supporting Fee Earners and client relationships by managing communications, monitoring emails, calls and post, responding or progressing matters as appropriate, maintaining CRM data, chasing actions, and assisting with ongoing projects
• Managing compliance, records and processes, including file opening, KYC procedures, document control, archiving, and preparation of forms and reports
• Providing wider operational and team support through meeting administration and minute taking, coordination of events and business development activities, reception and facilities cover, and providing cover for colleagues to ensure a seamless service

About you

• Previous experience of secretarial support ideally within a law firm
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
• A strong team player
