The work will be as follows:
Supporting conveyancers in preparing essential legal documentation, such as contracts and property searches.
Managing communication between clients, brokers and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth property transactions.
Organising schedules, meetings, and client files with a focus on accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Working with the broader legal team to ensure seamless conveyancing procedures.
Requirements:
2+ years experience as a legal secretary, specifically in conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in audio typing, IT and legal document drafting.
