We're recruiting for a well-respected law firm in Manchester who are looking to bring an experienced Legal Secretary into its residential conveyancing team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing secretarial support to fee earners in the conveyancing team
  • Audio typing and preparing documents like contracts, letters, and completion statements
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors by phone and email
  • Managing diaries, booking appointments, and keeping files up to date
  • Handling Land Registry forms, SDLT returns, and post-completion tasks
What we're looking for:
  • Prior experience as a legal secretary in conveyancing
  • Strong typing and formatting skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • A helpful, team-focused attitude and clear communication skills
