Legal Secretary

Job Description

We are seeking a legal secretary with experience of the legal system in Scotland. Candidates with legal secretarial experience is preferred but candidates with a strong background in administrative work will also be considered.

You must be confident in dealing with enquiries from clients on the telephone and in person. You will require to make appointments for clients with solicitors, accurately record all interactions with clients and manage the diary. You must have good typing skills, be proficient with all office programmes and good communication skills.

Candidates from non-civil or family backgrounds will be considered, and training will be provided for in house office requirements. You must have good time keeping, be organised and willing to work as a team.

Job Type: Paet time or full time, Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. The exact working arrangement and days will depend on the successful applicant.

Salary: Up to 27,000.00 per year dependent on experience.

Working remotely is not available.
