We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our law firm in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.
Duties
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Manage lawyer calendars and appointments
- Organise and maintain legal files
- Communicate with clients and external parties
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Assist with billing and invoicing
Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in an administrative or legal role is advantageous
