A vacancy has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Legal Secretary, to join our busy Middlesbrough office. The successful applicant will provide the highest level of secretarial and administrative support to Solicitors, working in a new and enthusiastic team.
The role is for an experienced Legal Secretary, on a full time basis, 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
The role will involve usual legal secretarial duties,
Previous experience is a pre-requisite and ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a similar environment
Fast and accurate audio typing skills, copy typing
Good knowledge of legal matters
Excellent client care
Telephone and face to face enquiries
Preparing files to LAA audit standard, is a distinct advantage
There is scope for the right candidate to assist with fee earning, by attending Court and liaising with clients and Counsel. This is not however a requirement.
Full training will be given, to include becoming competent with the Company Case Management Systems.
