This new post has been created to further strengthen the secretarial team at our West Bridgford office.
Working in the Commercial Property team, excellent IT, Microsoft Outlook organisation and communication skills are essential, plus the ability to work effectively and promptly on day-to-day instructions received from the fee earner(s) either on email or our digital dictation / audio typing systems. High levels of accuracy and a good eye for detail coupled with professionalism and confidentiality are also required. You must be comfortable and confident dealing with clients face to face and over the telephone, able to turn enquiries into paid work through excellent response times and high levels of client care and be able to work to deadlines in a fast paced and busy environment.

Experience
Experience of administrative or secretarial work within a property or legal services environment would be desirable

Experience of working in a busy and fast paced office environment

Some understanding of Anti Money Laundering responsibilities and GDPR requirements
