We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Legal Secretary

to join our Serious Injury department in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

As Legal Secretary within the Serious Injury you will be working with a pool of secretaries, working together to support fee earners with audio typing and the preparation of documents and correspondence. You will use your excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities to include:



Typing dictating using Winscribe, using word/excel/Adobe/, filing, scanning, printing,

Collating Electronic Bundles using software such as Adobe Pro

Arranging in person and remote meetings/conferences using Teams/Zoom, liaising with client's, counsel, medical agencies/experts re medical appointments/conferences

Obtaining an array of medical and financial records

Obtaining police reports

Diarising court orders and deadlines, organising files and generally helping the team with all administrative/PA tasks.

About You:



Previous Legal Secretary experience is

ESSENTIAL.



Previous experience of working Personal Injury

You will have a good understanding of Road Traffic Personal Injury claims.

Fast typing speed and proficiency in latest Word and Excel packages.

Excellent office administration experience, including audio typing/digital dictation
