We support clients throughout their entire lifetime. The Real Estate team has decades of experience and can advise on every Real Estate-related query.

Based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee, North Berwick, Lincoln, and London. We focus on ensuring we provide the highest level of advice and ongoing service to our clients. We are ambitious and have significantly grown the team over the last year. We pride ourselves on looking after our clients personally and providing the utmost standard of service.

This role will be held in our Glasgow office.

We are looking to hire a highly driven Legal Secretary to join our successful Real Estate department in Glasgow.

The Role



We are looking to further strengthen our current team with the appointment of an experienced candidate.

As a Legal Secretary at Gilson Gray, you'll be responsible for:

Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face.

Opening and closing client files.

Carrying out client identity checks.

Preparing and amending documents.

Dictation and audio typing.

Assisting with general administrative duties.

Diary management.

Required Knowledge and Experience



Previous experience in a property or administration role is preferred.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work deadlines.

Good written and oral communication skills

You will have the ability to develop strong working relationships within the team as well as communicate concisely both verbally and in writing both internal and external clients

A calm, helpful and professional approach

IT competent, particularly with reference to the use of Word and Excel

Ability to work as part of a large team and contribute to the overall business aims.

A proactive forward-thinking approach is required.

The ideal candidate must possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
