Job Description


Legal Secretary - Multiple locations across the UK We\'re working with law firms across the UK who\'re on the hunt for legal secretaries. Main responsibilities: - Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage attorney calendars and assist with timekeeping Key skills:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to \xc2\xa331,368.40 per year Benefits:
