Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers and legal teams, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities.
Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Conduct audio typing of dictations accurately and promptly.
Maintain an organised filing system for legal documents, both electronic and paper-based.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for legal staff.
Assist with client communications, ensuring professionalism at all times.
Perform research as required to support ongoing cases or projects.
Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Requirements
Proven administrative experience, preferably within a legal environment.
Proficiency in audio typing with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software or systems quickly.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
