Legal Secretary
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary-or do you have prior legal support experience and are ready to take the next step into a Legal Secretary role?
Location: Cranleigh - Free Parking
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 - PLUS 25 days holiday plus BH & Birthday, pension, medical insurance and life insurance + so much more!
Hours: Monday -Friday (9am -5pm) (Full office based)

Overview
Our client is a well-established and highly respected law firm in Surrey -known for their warm, friendly culture and long-standing reputation they are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their small, supportive team in Cranleigh.
While experience in Private Client law is preferred, we are open to candidates from other legal disciplines who can demonstrate the right skills and attitude.
What you will be doing?

• Supporting three fee earners with secretarial and administrative tasks

• Producing accurate documents and correspondence via audio dictation

• Maintaining well-organised client files and records

• Assisting with reception duties including greeting clients and managing meeting room bookings

• Liaising with clients and third parties by phone and in person, delivering excellent service

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a legal support role (preferably in private client)

• Strong typing and audio transcription skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communication and a professional, friendly manner

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital audio software

• Familiarity with case management systems
