About The Job:
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join their Private Client Department in Camden, London. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team, just a short 3-minute walk from Holborn train station! ?
Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients face-to-face and over the phone

• Prepare and bind deeds and wills

• Support file opening and compliance

• Assist with electronic billing and document management

• Manage diaries and maintain filing systems

• Perform audio and copy typing, including digital dictation

• Provide administrative support to solicitors, accountants, and fee earners

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a well-organised and intelligent secretary with a passion for client service. You should have:

• Legal secretarial experience, preferably in Private Client

• Excellent IT skills in Word and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

• A professional demeanour and exceptional telephone manner

• Initiative and the ability to work well within a team

Key Skills:
? Strong client service focus
? Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
? Fast and accurate typing speed (65 WPM)
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SOS Connect, Diktamen, and iManage is a plus
? Flexibility in approach to work and good time management skills
