We currently have a full time secretarial vacancy for highly experienced, bright, reliable, and enthusiastic secretary to join our expanding busy Company. The successful candidate will provide secretarial support to the Property department fee earners.
Part time hours would be considered.
Ideally applicants will have good previous experience as a Legal Secretary, although this is not essential as training will be given. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and be able to show:
Excellent audio typing skills, along with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Organise and prioritise diaries and email management.
Scanning, photocopying, input data and keep case management software up to date.
Dealing with enquiries both from Clients and other professionals as and when required.
That they are conversant and confident with IT and computer packages.
An ability to stay calm and tactful.
