About the role



We are looking for an experienced

Legal Secretary/Administrator (Client Care Leader)

to join our dynamic

Commercial Property

team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career within a reputable and expanding firm. The successful candidate will provide proactive and high-quality administrative support at our North Herts (SG9 0RU) office with occasional travel and support required at our Cambridge office.

What this role would include



Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Solicitors and Partners. Prepare and manage Land Registry applications and associated forms. Complete and submit Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms. Draft legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage file administration, including billing, file opening/closing, and archiving. Coordinate appointments and maintain team diaries. Liaise effectively with clients, agents, and third parties.

What we are looking for



Prior experience as a legal secretary within property or conveyancing. Familiarity with legal case management systems is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
