Maples Solicitors LLP are seeking to recruit a part time Legal Secretary/Office Administrator at our Spalding office. Experience would be desirable.
The role will be mainly working for a Fee Earner of the firm and duties will include typing, diary management, liaising with clients and other professionals, reception cover, as well as various other administration duties as and when they arise. The role offers a varied workload.
The applicant will ideally have experience in a similar role and be of smart appearance, accurate, punctual, computer literate, work well under pressure and excellent at using their own initiative.
Full training will be provided.
Office Hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 5pm on Friday with an hour lunch each day. The hours for this job role are anticipated to be 16 to 25 hours a week.
Pay: 10,200.00-16,000.00 per year
