Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors and legal teams.
Manage and organise files, documents, and case records efficiently.
Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Word and other software.
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Outlook.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.
Utilise Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Experience
Proven administrative experience within a legal environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective client interaction.
Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy are useful.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary for daily tasks.
Strong IT skills to navigate various software applications efficiently.
