Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals.
Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports using Word and Excel.
Conduct audio typing for dictations and transcriptions as required.
Maintain accurate filing systems for both physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel as necessary.
Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement.
Skills
Proficiency in Word and Outlook is essential.
Experience in audio typing is essential.
