Permanent | Part Time
We are seeking a highly organised individual to join our Legal Services team. In this vital role, you will support the Legal Services Director in ensuring compliance with legislation and court deadlines, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
About You
A-level or equivalent education
NVQ Level 4 or relevant experience
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, databases)
Clear communicator and team player
Main duties of the job
You will report to the Paralegal, and your responsibilities will include:
Provide independent administrative support to the Legal Services Director
Minute meetings, manage diaries, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
Liaise with external bodies including NHS Resolution, Coroners, Local Authorities, and barristers' chambers
Facilitate and process disclosure requests for civil and criminal matters, ensuring accurate logging and tracking
Review and redact documentation for disclosure in line with legal and confidentiality requirements
Prepare and check legal documents with precision and attention to detail
