About The Role



Are you an articulate and detail-conscious professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for a Legal Services Reception Handler to join ourLegal Advisory team.



In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, taking inbound calls, validating policies, and arranging timely call-backs from our legal advisors. You'll play a key part in maintaining our service levels and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.



We can consider both full and part time applications.

Full Time: Mon-Fri 35hrs working shifts between 9am-6pm | Hybrid model 2days office | 3 days remote

Part time: Flexibility on days to be discussed, working 17.5hrs pw | Hybrid model tbc | Hours/days would be discussed with the hiring manager






Key Responsibilities



Answer inbound calls using a structured approach and log all activity accurately on our case management systems. Validate legal expenses insurance (LEI) policies to support legal advisors with their follow-ups. Communicate professionally with members, insurance companies, and internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and post. Ensure all customer interactions are compliant with FCA, DPA, and PCI standards. Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and validating policy information. What You'll Bring



Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry. Ability to build rapport with customers, internal teams, and external partners. Confident IT user with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and general systems. A team player with a flexible, proactive, and customer-focused approach. Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is desirable. A curious and empathetic mindset--you're not afraid to ask questions and handle objections professionally.
