An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Legal Services team as our
Legal Support Officer
to assist legal colleagues to meet internal and external requirements, which involves triaging requests and notifications that come into the team, keeping team databases up to date, managing shared inboxes, and collating data for reports.
You will be engaged with a variety of subject areas and have opportunity to develop your skills.

: 27,132.98 - 28,692.82 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
Responsibilities:
About the role:
Monitoring multiple shared mailboxes and responding to/disseminating emails as required
Triage of incident notifications received by our case management system, CRiiS
Working with legal services colleagues to create standard responses to frequently asked questions and responding as required
Responding to requests for copies of centrally held documents (e.g., contracts, financial information, historic policies etc.)
Maintaining central databases and incident logs relating to contracts, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Information Sharing Agreements, Feedback, and Complementary Therapies
Collating data for reporting on topics including feedback, eLearning completion rates, and contract renewals/terminations
About you:
Experience in writing formal letters and reports
Proficiency in using our case management system CRiiS
Knowledge of general legal practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage work to meet deadlines

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
