Part-time Legal Team PA






Are you an experienced PA or an Assistant seeking a PA role? We are excited to be recruiting a part-time Legal Team PA to join our Banking & Finance department in Bristol.





As a Legal Team PA at Burges Salmon, you will provide full PA support to lawyers throughout the firm and deliver excellent client service. The successful candidate will oversee, manage and support lawyers on a wide range of tasks. Please see the attached job description for an overview of the main duties and responsibilities of the role.



We offer every new starter a thorough induction and excellent training on our in house legal systems (including iManage and Aderant). Whilst knowledge of these specific systems is desirable but not essential, we do require the proven ability of using Microsoft Office to manage the production of documents (both internal and external) to consistently high standards.

, we are looking for candidates who have:


Proven experience in a PA or Assistant level position. Good communication skills A high level of attention to detail A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn A great team player Strong organisational skills and the ability to priorities your own workload
