Job Description

A leading London-based law firm is expanding its Lawtech function and is hiring a Legal Technology & Innovation Managerto play a senior role in shaping how technology enhances legal service delivery.

This is a highly visible position working at the intersection of law, technology and innovation, partnering closely with lawyers, knowledge teams, IT and clients. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, designing solutions and driving adoption across areas such as AI (including GenAI), document automation, workflow automation, collaboration platforms, expert systems and data visualisation.

You'll lead the delivery of internal and client-facing lawtech initiatives, engage with vendors on emerging tools, support client pitches, and help build the firm's broader innovation strategy. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the Lawtech team.

Key experience sought:

Qualified lawyer

or

senior legal technologist with 4+ years' experience working with partners and senior stakeholders Proven delivery and adoption of legal technology solutions in a law firm or professional services environment Hands-on experience with AI / GenAI tools, document automation, workflow automation and collaboration platforms Strong stakeholder management, project delivery and communication skills A genuine interest in legal innovation and the wider lawtech market
