Legal Technologist
Manchester (hybrid - 3 days in office; other UK locations considered)
A market-leading law firm is looking for a Legal Technologist to join its award-winning Legal Technology Consulting team.
This role suits someone with 1-3 years' legal tech experience who wants to move into a consulting-focused position, advising legal teams on the selection, design and implementation of legal technology solutions.
The Role:
You will work alongside senior legal technologists and managers to deliver client-facing consulting projects, including:

• Advising in-house legal teams on legal tech strategy and solutions

• Scoping, building and implementing legal technology tools

• Running workshops to gather requirements and map legal processes

• Configuring platforms across Microsoft 365 (Power Platform, SharePoint, Copilot), CLM and legal GenAI tools

• Supporting proposals, pitches and proof-of-concept work

• Training stakeholders on new technology and ways of working

• Managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in legal technology within a law firm or professional services environment

• Experience configuring or implementing legal tech solutions

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Comfortable working in a consulting or advisory capacity

• Interest in innovation, GenAI and the evolving legal services market
